Each level presents you with a grid of letters resembling a word search. However, unlike a word search, instead of looking for a preset series of words, you’ll be creating your own. Start on a letter and drag across the tiles to create as many words as possible, making them as long as possible. It takes both focus and creativity to create order out of the chaos that is the starting game board, and with a time limit to boot! Make words, clear lines, score points, and win. - Prioritize more common starting letters—Favorite word begins with a 'q,' does it? As much as we enjoy obscure 5-dollar words, you'll have better chances of racking up an impressive score in Word Wipe by starting with letters like s, r, e, and so on.
- Don’t forget the diagonals—Each letter you choose in Word Wipe has to be touching the letter block you are currently on, but this isn’t only limited to left, right, up, and down. You can also choose diagonally, which doubles your options from four to eight. Don’t forget this as you scramble to make that trisyllabic masterpiece.
