Your account may accidentally be blocking requests and gifts from our game. To enable requests, click here to log into Facebook and change your settings.
At the bottom of this page you will see a section that says “Blocked People and Apps.” Click the link next to this that says “Manage Blocking.”
The next page will have your block lists on it. You should see an icon for the game in the "Blocked apps" section. Just click the button that says "unblock" next to it to reverse it.

Please try the following steps to fix this – you don’t have to do all of them, just start at the beginning and check back in the game after each step to see if it works:

4. If you are running any ad-blocking or script-blocking software, try disabling it. We have found that ad-blockers can interfere with the game and cause errors like this.
