Here's how it works:
During the promotional period, within one business day of your purchase of an annual Arkadium Advantage subscription, you'll receive an email alerting you that your gift card is on its way. Your $5 Walmart Gift Card will be sent to the email linked to your subscription within three business days from the purchase date.
Need help redeeming your gift card?
Your $5 Walmart Gift Card will be sent from orders@egifterrewards.com or em@email.egifter.com within three business days of your purchase. Follow the directions outlined in the email to redeem your gift card.
When you go to redeem your gift card, you will see a "Gift Security" page. To proceed, you'll need to enter the email address that received the gift card email.
Didn't receive your the notification about your gift card within one business day of purchase?
During the promotional period, within one business day of your purchase of an annual Arkadium Advantage subscription, you'll receive an email alerting you that your gift card is on its way. If you did not receive the email, please check that your email preferences are on:
- Sign in to your profile
- Go to https://www.arkadium.com/profile/
- Select My email preferences
- Under " Game news, tips and coupons", check if the botton is toggled on (green) next to "Yes, send me the newsletter."
If the button is toggled off, you will not be sent the email confirmation or any other marketing emails.
If the button is toggled on, please search your inbox, including the SPAM or bulk mail folders for a message from community@arkadium.com.
Didn't receive your gift card within three business days of your purchase?
If you don't see the $5 Walmart Gift Card your inbox after three business days, please check your SPAM or other promotional folders for a message from orders@egifterrewards.com or em@email.egifter.com. If you cannot locate your gift card after three business days from the date of purchase, please email community@arkadium.com with the email address associated with your annual Arkadium Advantage subscription.
